If you are a resident and want to be listed in the entry gate directory, email ahc.gates@associahillcountry.com. In your request email, provide the following information:
Guests use the A and Z buttons on the keypad to scroll through the list of resident names.
When the display shows the resident's name, guests press the CALL button to connect to the resident's phone.
Alternatively, guests can enter the resident's assigned 3-digit directory code on the keypad, then press CALL to connect to the resident's phone.
When you receive a call from the gate, you have 60 seconds to speak with and verify the guest.
To open the gate remotely and admit the guest, PRESS AND HOLD 9 or PRESS 9 TWICE.
Residents are provided with two codes:
As a safety and security best practice, we recommend you provide the vendor code only to those who require access without a direct response. Most visitors should use the gate directory to contact you for entry.
