Architectural Review Authority (ARA)

As defined in the the Architectural Guidelines for The Enclave HOA Architectural Review Authority (ARA), the primary responsibility of the ARA is to review applications, plans, specifications, materials, and samples submitted and to approve same if the proposed Improvements conform in appearance and design with the standards and policies set forth by the Declaration and the Architectural Guidelines. 

The ARA is also authorized to review lots and improvements on an ongoing basis to ensure continued compliance with these Architectural Guidelines. 

The ARA does not assume responsibility for:

• Structural adequacy, capacity, or safety features of proposed Improvements
• Soil erosion
• Soil conditions
• Compliance with any or all building codes, safety requirements, governmental laws, regulations, or ordinances
• Performance or quality of construction performed by any Owner or contractors and subcontractors of Owner
• Marketability of the Lot & Improvements
